The following should be done to establish a connection to your Zammad installation:
- Create a separate admin user that is only used for this purpose
- Log in to the Zammad installation with the user or switch to the user view via Action
- Switch to the user's profile settings via the avatar (bottom left)
- Open the Token Access page
- Create a new token with the name WHMCS, for example, and leave the expiration date blank
- Adjust permissions:
- admin.channel_email
- admin.group
- ticket.agent
- Save and cache the created token (can no longer be displayed later)
