In order for the addon to work correctly, the following settings must be made
- Enter the license key received after purchasing the addon
- Enter the address for the Zammad installation with "https://" and a final "/"
- Add the token for the API connection to the Zammad installation
The settings can now be saved so that the addon can be activated and a connection to the Zammad installation can be established.
- Zammad File Types: So that not all data types are allowed when uploading documents to the ticket, this can be restricted here, if the option remains empty, all types are accepted.
- Zammad Groups: The group IDs that should be available for selection when creating a ticket can be added here. (If no table with IDs and names is displayed, something did not ork with the connection to the Zammad installation)
- Zammad Chat ID: So that if the customer chat / chat widget option is activated in Zammad, the correct chat topic is displayed.
- Zammad Date Format: The date format of the tickets can be customized here.
