To establish a connection to your Zammad installation, please complete the following steps:

  1. Create a dedicated user with the Admin and Agent role. This user should be used exclusively for this purpose.
  2. Log in to the Zammad installation using this user, or switch to the user view via the user actions.
    1. Open the user profile settings via the avatar (bottom left corner).
    2. Navigate to the Token Access section.
      1. Create a new token (e.g. named WHMCS) and leave the expiration date empty.
      2. Adjust the permissions:
        1. admin.channel_email
        2. admin.group
        3. ticket.agent
      3. Save the token and store it securely, as it will not be displayed again.
