To establish a connection to your Zammad installation, please complete the following steps:
- Create a dedicated user with the Admin and Agent role. This user should be used exclusively for this purpose.
- Log in to the Zammad installation using this user, or switch to the user view via the user actions.
- Open the user profile settings via the avatar (bottom left corner).
- Navigate to the Token Access section.
- Create a new token (e.g. named WHMCS) and leave the expiration date empty.
- Adjust the permissions:
- admin.channel_email
- admin.group
- ticket.agent
- Save the token and store it securely, as it will not be displayed again.
