Preparations
- Download the current version directly from our download page (Services -> My Products & Services -> WHMCS - Zammad -> Downloads)
- Unzip the ZIP file and check that the folder named “zammad” is in lower case. file and check that the folder with the name "zammad" is in lower case
- Upload the complete "zammad" folder with an FTP / SFTP program to your WHMCS installation in the folder "/modules/addons/"
- Check that the permissions are set on the web server user and group
Activate addon
- Log in to the admin area of your WHMCS installation
- Go to the configuration and there directly to the Addon Modules area
- If everything has worked correctly during the preparations, a new addon should be visible there with the name "Zammad Tickets" which must be activated via the Activate button
